Dr. David A. Cotant

Graduate of Oregon State University and University of Washington School of Dentistry.  After his internship served as the dentist on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation for two years.  His specialty training was completed at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Marquette School of Dentistry, Milwaukee County Hospital, Detroit General Hospital, and the Wayne State Medical School in Detroit.

He has been in private practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Lakewood since July 1975.  He has extensive training and experience in the surgical aspect of Implant Dentistry, and has been the director of a dental study club.  He is recognized as one of the outstanding dentist in the area, and as a mentor to many of the local dentists.

Dr. Tracy R. Johnson

Graduate of University of Texas, Arlington, Dental School where he received is Doctorate of Dental Surgery.  While in the Navy, he completed a General Practice Residency, and an Exodontia Fellowship.  His Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency was completed at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego in 1997.

His last six years in the Navy were served as chief of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department, Naval Hospital, Bremerton, WA.  He retired from the Navy after 22 years.  Dr. Johnson also practices in Port Orchard, WA with Dr. Brad Hepworth.
