Lester Woo, DDS
Dr. Lester Woo received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and public health from the University of California, Berkley before graduating in 2010 with his DDS from the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. Dr. Woo went to Columbus, Ohio and completed his residency at Ohio State University Medical Center in hospital-based dental surgery. He went to Brooklyn, New York where he became Chief Resident at Montefiore Medical Center, and focused on implant dentistry, full mouth restoration, and IV sedation. Dr. Woo then moved to Chicago, where he completed an internship in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s College of Dentistry in 2013.
Post-residency Dr. Woo wanted to continue his training, so he enrolled in the Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. In 2014, he returned to Brooklyn where he completed another residency, specifically, for dental anesthesia at the Jacobi Medical Center where he administered general anesthesia in both inpatient and outpatient settings until 2016. Dr. Woo then completed a full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in 2021.
After he finished his tenure of training, Dr. Woo moved to the Pacific Northwest in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Woo served as the staff Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon for Gentle Dental, Pacific Dental Services and ClearChoice before joining Central Sound Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery.
