Our Team consists of highly trained individuals who are dedicated to making your visit to our office as comfortable as possible. From the knowledgeable administrative staff, to our caring and compassionate clinical team of assistants, we are constantly striving to provide you with an exceptional dental experience.

Heidi, Office Manager

Heidi has worked at Central Sound Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery since 2003.  She began part-time as the bookkeeper and has developed into an incredible office manager. With her Masters of Public Health degree, she is capable of covering and helping out in most aspects of the practice.  If you have any questions or concerns about your care in our office, Heidi is at your service. 

Tammy, Insurance Coordinator

Tammy was born and raised in the PNW and has over 25 years of dental experience. She will work diligently to get you the appointment that you need, as well as advocate for you with your insurance company as needed. She loves spending time with her husband and her twin toddler nieces. 

Levone, Silverdale Treatment Coordinator

La Vonne joined our team in 2024.

Cathy, Silverdale Scheduling Coordinator

Cathy joined our administrative team in 2017 and brought with her over 4 years of dental experience. She is the first person you will meet when you visit our Silverdale office. When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her husband discovering the Great Pacific Northwest. 

Janeta, Lakewood Scheduling Coordinator

Janeta joined our team in 2021 and brings 8 years of dental experience. Her warm and kind personality makes scheduling seamlessly pleasant. Family is important to her so she spends her time off work with her two daughters and family. 

Elle, Lakewood Lead Surgical Assistant 

Elle began her career in the dental field in 1992. She is both Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination and Washington State Dental Anesthesia Assistant certified. Elle loves surgical assisting and will make you feel at ease.  When away from the office, Elle likes to spend time with her friends and family, going to concerts or cooking some delicious Hawaiian foods.

Grace, Surgical Assistant

Grace came to us in 2022 with four years of surgical experience in the medical field and has taken to oral surgery like a duck to water. She is great with patients and enjoys educating about them on their surgical procedure with a reassuring demeanor. Originally from the Midwest, she has been spending all her free time enjoying all the Great Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Katie, Surgical Assistant

Katie discovered her passion for dental care in 2018 and joined our team in 2022. She enjoys educating patients about their treatments with her extensive dental knowledge. When she is not in scrubs, she enjoys hiking the mountains and kayaking the waters of the Great Pacific Northwest with her son. 

Dan, Surgical Assistant and Marketing Coordinator

Dan began his surgical assistant career at Naval Hospital Bremerton in 2004. He earned his BA degree in Business Marketing from Central Washington University in 2015 and now works with our referring offices, making sure coordination of treatment is completed with care.
